MACON, Ga. (June 16, 2014) — Multi Housing Advisors (MHA)
has arranged the sale of the 294-unit Ansley Village, located at 6435
Zebulon Rd. in Macon, Georgia.
Robert Stickel, a managing director in MHA’s Atlanta
office, represented the seller, a joint-venture between MAA and Thackeray
Partners, in the transaction.
The buyer, Bluerock Real Estate LLC, is a
national real estate investment firm headquartered in New York City.
“The sale of Ansley Village was a competitive process and
proves the multifamily investment market continues to be incredibly active,”
Stickel said.
“Institutional investors are seeking in-place yields from
properties eligible for attractive financing options and are willing to go to
secondary and tertiary markets with growth stories.”
Amenities include a
business center, fitness center, pet park, swimming pool, clubhouse, laundry
facilities, a playground and a media center. The property was constructed in
2008.
