FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Berger Commercial Realty announced the $4 million sale of an
11,709-square-foot office building located at 1550 S.E. 17th St. in Fort
Lauderdale. The building was sold by Ardell Marina, Inc. to Fifteen-Fifty
Southeast Seventeenth, LLC.

Graves represented Ardell Marina, Inc. Vice President Judy Dolan
represented the buyer.
