CHICAGO,IL, Aug. 14, 2014 -- Co-developers Morningside Group
and Crossroads Development Partners have broken ground on NorthShore 770,
a 347-unit luxury apartment project and 101,435-square-foot retail center at
770 Skokie Blvd. in Northbrook, Ill.

scheduled to open its retail component in summer 2015 and the luxury apartments
in winter 2016.
