Roeser joins IDI Gazeley from Jones Lang LaSalle where he
served on the Logistics and Industrial Services group and Supply Chain and
Logistics Solutions team.
He brings expertise in tenant representation,
strategic real estate planning and industrial site selection.
He also created
Blackbird, a proprietary geo-spatial intelligence program that compares real
estate data with metadata such as incentives, labor and transportation. Prior
to Jones Lang LaSalle, he held positions at The Staubach Company, Alliance
Partners and RCI Civil Engineering. He is a graduate of the University of
Georgia.
