SPANISH FORT, AL – An outparcel to Eastern Shore Centre mall
at 7,678 square feet, Eastern Shore Point, was acquired on September
4th. Built in 2006 and located in
Spanish Fort, Alabama off the corner of State Highway 181 and Eastern Shore
Boulevard.
The center held 100%
occupancy, which include notable tenants, such as, Starbucks, Verizon Wireless
and Century 21.
