ORLANDO, FL— NAI Realvest
recently negotiated the sale of the 4,000 square foot former AAMCO
Transmissions service building at 3487 North US Highway 27 / 441 near the
intersection of S. Dixie Ave. in Fruitland Park.
The NAI Realvest retail
team of Matt Cichocki, Kevin O’Connor
and Mitch Heidrich brokered the sale representing the local seller KP Car
Care, LLC.
The buyer, MCE of
Fruitland Park, Inc. based in Eustis, paid $290,000 for the property and
intends to operate an automotive repair business there. No other brokers were involved in the
transaction.
