ORLANDO, FL – NAI Realvest
recently completed a long-term lease agreement for a 6,313 square foot
restaurant facility – the former Sun Valley Buffet -- located at 4520 W. SR 46
in Sanford.
NAI Realvest Retail Team
of Matt Cichocki, Kevin O’Connor, and
Mitch Heidrich, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the local landlord
Tin W. Wong.
The new tenant, El Paso Mexican Grill, Inc.
plans to open a restaurant at the site by August.
