SANFORD, FL --- NAI Realvest Charles Wayne Commercial recently brokered a new lease agreement with The Pressure Guys, LLC for 3,750 square feet of flex space at 4153 Flex Court , in Monroe CommerCenter South.  

Michael Heidrich, Principal at NAI Realvest and Brad Gifford Associate with NAI Realvest Charles Wayne Commercial negotiated the new multi-year lease on behalf of the Daytona Beach-based landlord, CWP Monroe Investors, LLC and Ocala North Partnership LLC as Tenants in Common.  

The tenant is a pressure cleaning firm with commercial grade equipment and product serving metro Orlando .

Heidrich also brokered a multi-year lease of 5,000 square feet in Monroe CommerCenter South at 4154 Incubator Court .  Roofing contractor TC Metal Roofing, LLC moved from a 2,000 square foot suite at Monroe CommerCenter South expanding its operations with 2-1/2 times more space than previously occupied.
