agreements at two Orlando industrial centers representing established and
growing companies.

Vice President of Tenant Representation, negotiated a new long-term lease
for Laird Plastics at 2613 Consulate Dive in Infinity Park, located
off the intersection of SR 528 and the Florida Turnpike.
The plastic fabrication firm with over 60
locations throughout the US and Canada leased 14,603 square
feet.
Monica Wonus of CBRE represented the landlord Infinity JYLP,
LLC of West Palm Beach .
Senior Vice President Jason G. Toll represented
the tenant Orlando Dog Training Club in a new lease for 11,320 square
feet at 6357 All American Blvd. in Orlando.

The tenant provides
classes for beginners to advanced and relocated from Colonial Drive near
downtown to better accommodate its growing clientele.
The landlord, All American Warehouse, LLC was
represented by The Bywater Company.
