Seefried Completes 8.82-acre assemblage in Elk Grove Village, IL


Located in the highly sought-after Centex Industrial Park
in Elk Grove Village, IL, Seefried plans to construct
 
a two-building 163,000 SF spec industrial development.

ELK GROVE, IL -- Seefried Industrial Properties recently acquired an 8.82-acre land site with plans to break ground immediately on a two-building 163,000 SF spec development.
 
The 8.82-acre site is an assemblage of six (6) residential parcels that Seefried re-zoned and consolidated to accommodate this development.

Located in the highly sought-after Centex Industrial Park in Elk Grove Village, the project will   feature 32-foot height clear heights, 195’ concrete truck courts, an ESFR sprinkler system, 24 docks, 8 trailers and 175 parking spaces. 

 The site offers close proximity to I-290 and I-355 and is minutes from O’Hare International Airport.  Combined with the I-290 North Submarket to south of the airport, the greater O’Hare area totals more than 215 million square feet and is one of the largest industrial submarkets in the country.

Harris Architects has been engaged as the project architect; Jacob & Hefner is the civil engineer and Premier Design + Build is the general contractor.  The project is scheduled for completion during the first quarter of 2021.
