property located in Venice , FL,

asset sold for $6,513,026.

liability company.
The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was secured and
represented by Jerry Swon, investment specialists in Marcus &
Millichap’s Manhattan office.
This was a newly constructed 7 Eleven with a 15 year absolute net
lease that opened days before the closing.
The property showed the strong interest of New
York Investors seeking credit tenant, leased assets in Florida while taking
advantage of the no-state income taxes, says Issenberg.
