In just a short time since expanding into Georgia, RKW Residential has
established a significant presence.
The
premier multifamily management firm obtained two prime community assignments in
the Atlanta market from existing client Starlight U.S. Multifamily.
RKW is now overseeing leasing and
management of Starlight’s The Mill at Westside in
Atlanta and Artesia Big Creek in
Alpharetta. The upscale communities have a combined 551 apartments.

Additionally, RKW is providing consulting services for Georgia multifamily developments totaling a combined 2,000 units.
