The CREW Catalyst Award recognizes
an industry leader who has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing
diverse women and serving as a catalyst for change within their company and
throughout the commercial real estate industry.

CREW award presentation highlighted that Crossman has
shown outstanding initiative to promote diversity and inclusion in the industry
and community.
He has mentored diverse young professionals
seeking a commercial real estate career and continually promoted that practice
among his colleagues in the industry.
Among the several real estate
scholarships Crossman’s firm and family have
endowed at numerous universities is a first ever real estate scholarship at FSU
for women, African-Americans, Hispanics and/or members of the Seminole Tribe.
