WINTER PARK, FL  --- Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full-service real estate services firm recently completed a ten-year lease agreement at 1031 W. Morse Blvd. for one of Seacoast National Bank’s most successful branches.

 

The publicly traded company based on Florida’s Treasure Coast with 45 branches in 15 Florida counties has renewed its lease of 11,363 rentable square feet at the sought-after Winter Park location.
