Jupiter, FL –– Illustrated Properties, a member of The Keyes Family of Companies, significantly bolstered the firm’s Jupiter office with the arrival of designer-turned-luxury real estate advisor Katie Blineau.

The accomplished real estate agent, designer and entrepreneur joins IPRE from the Meyer Lucas Team at Compass.

Before relocating to Tequesta, she spent 14 years in Miami as a successful designer and business owner.

A Buffalo, New York native, Blineau participates in the Crossing for Cystic Fibrosis long-distance endurance paddle challenge each year. The annual event takes paddlers 80 miles across the Gulfstream from Bimini, Bahamas to Palm Beach County.

 Blineau earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Economics from the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Buffalo.
