BRADENTON, FL – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in

of Sarabay Plaza, a 37,601-square foot retail property located in Bradenton, Fla., according
to Chris Travis, regional manager of the firm’s Tampa office. The asset
sold for $2,400,000.

and, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, had the
exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an
individual/personal trust. The buyer, an individual/personal trust,
was also secured by the three brokers.
